I am a pediatric advanced practice provider with over a decade of experience in children’s healthcare and a mom of two young children. As a child myself, I grew up experiencing persistent stomach aches, headaches and waves of hyper-energy followed by fatigue, and it wasn’t until early adulthood that I realized the culprit was largely how I was nourishing my body. I am a self-taught gardener, cook and fitness lover and have a passion for combining my expert knowledge of children’s development and physiology with my passion for nutrition and fitness. I created The Clinical Kitchen with a goal to provide parents and caregivers with science backed tools and knowledge they need to nourish their children’s bodies and minds, support healthy childhood growth & development and to create lifelong healthy habits for children.

For years I’ve navigated the complexities of pediatric wellness in a clinical hospital setting. Now, I’m bringing that advanced science home to you. The Clinical Kitchen: Volume 1 is currently in the works—a functional guide featuring 20 recipes, focusing on science-backed nutrition, bioavailability, picky eaters and how to talk to your child about food.
I am putting the finishing touches on this book and can’t wait to share all of my knowledge with you to empower you to make the best decisions for your child’s health.
The Clinical Kitchen Volume 1 will be available for sale here on my website or through Barnes N Noble.
